Welcome to vipselling.com. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. vipselling.com provides services of preparation, printing, cutting, and packaging on vinyl films.

2. Customer Responsibility

- The customer is fully responsible for the content of their order (texts, images, logos, designs, etc.).
- vipselling.com does not verify the legality of submitted content and is not liable for any copyright or trademark violations.

3. Samples on the Website

All images and product samples displayed on the website are provided solely to demonstrate our printing and cutting capabilities. They are not products for sale. Prices shown on the website refer to the services of preparation, printing, cutting, and packaging of the order.

4. Orders and Payment

- Orders are processed only after full payment.
- Production time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on the complexity and volume.
- We reserve the right to decline orders if their content violates the laws of Ukraine or contains offensive materials.

5. Shipping

- All orders are shipped from Europe, Ukraine.
- Average worldwide delivery time is 10–15 business days via standard mail.
- Expensive orders are usually shipped by express mail with delivery times of 5–10 business days.
- Delivery times depend on the destination country and carriers.
- vipselling.com is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Since each order is custom-made, returns and refunds are not possible, except in cases where a defect occurred due to our error.

7. Limitation of Liability

- vipselling.com is not responsible for the use of printed products by the customer.
- Our responsibility is limited to the quality of preparation, printing, cutting, and packaging services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
