Pay attention to our shipment rules.

The delivery usually takes from 10 to 20 business days beginning with the purchase date. For now, all orders shipment is from Europe.

Shipment to European countries usually takes from 10 to 15 business days.

Regretfully, postal service sometimes is not fast enough for the reasons which do not depend from us.

We guarantee the dispatching of all orders in due terms. You can contact us as for your order status any time. But please, read the F.A.Q. before that.

If you are not satisfied with the received product for some reason, you can ship it back and receive the full refund in case the product is in its original condition (not used, not damaged).
