Pay attention to our shipment rules.

The delivery usually takes from 10 to 15 business days beginning with the purchase date. For now, all orders shipment is from Europe.

Shipment to European countries usually takes from 7 to 10 business days.

Regretfully, postal service sometimes is not fast enough for the reasons which do not depend from us.

All orders from $30 up are shipped via Registered Air Mail which is more secure and the shipment route may be tracked through.

Order less than $30 are sent via ordinary Air Mail.

We guarantee the dispatching of all orders in due terms. You can contact us as for your order status any time. But please, read the F.A.Q. before that.

Please note, that we offer FREE shipping in case your order is more than $100.

If you are not satisfied with the received product for some reason, you can ship it back and receive the full refund in case the product is in its original condition (not used, not damaged).
